I strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the paintings and prints that I sell through my website and I want you to be delighted in your purchase. DO YOU EXCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS? Yes and No….read on.

PRINTS:

Cancellations: You may cancel your order if done within the first 24 hours. However, keep in mind that I often send print orders to the printer immediately and I try really hard not to have prints sitting in stock. Please go over the details of your order very carefully before you make that final purchase. If you are unsure about a print feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns before making your purchase.

Returns: I do not accept returns do to the nature of my business all print orders are made “print to order.”

Exchanges: All exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) being exchanged. This restocking fee will be invoiced to you before the exchange takes place. You may exchange an art print for another print of equal or greater value, or for store credit within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the delivery, I unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or store credit so please be prompt and be sure to check you print immediately when it is received.

Exchange Requirements: To qualify for an exchange the following criteria must be met….

  1. Contact: In order to exchange an order, you must contact me first.

  2. Proof of purchase: To complete your exchange, I require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Without this you wont be eligible to initiate an exchange.

  3. Proof of Print Condition: I will need a photo of your print before you mail back to me to insure its condition before being mailed. If its damaged upon arrival I will know it was not damaged before it was shipped.

  4. Packaging: Prints must be returned in the original packaging and properly packaged in the same manner it was originally sent to ensure you print arrives back safely to my studio. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Any prints damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging or used beyond what it takes for me to re-sell the item it will be rejected for exchange.

  5. Shipping: I will not refund shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange as well as paying any difference in shipping price.

SALE ITEMS: Any and all sale items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: All sales of original artwork are final. No exchanges. No Returns. Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee.

DAMAGED PRINT: I package all artwork, both originals and prints with the utmost care. I am not liable for any damaged items incurred through the mail carriers. I can’t be held responsible for the mishandling of the mail domestically or internationally once it leaves my studio and depending on the damage incurred you may need to file a claim with the shipping service..

However, I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened! If the order is a complete loss and I offer a reprint, I ask that you return the print to our studio in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged beyond repair you will need to purchase sturdy packaging from your local post office. You are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.

If your print is damaged after delivery I am unable to replace the print for free, so please take care of your print and place your art work away from possible water or heat damage, and handle with care when framing or if you decide to stretch your print.

NOT DELIVERED / LOST / STOLEN: I am not liable for undelivered packages. If your package is marked “Delivered” and is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first ensure that you input the correct shipping address, you should be able to view this in you order confirmation email. If a incorrect address was in fact entered at check out and is delivered back to my studio I am happy to forward this to your correct address but I ask that you pay the additional postage and you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges..

If the shipping address is correct and you never received your item you will need to personally contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. I am unable to reprint an order for free because of failed delivery.

International buyers be aware you are responsible for any added customs, duties, import taxes, and border and handling fees, that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRINT: I strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the paintings and prints I sell so I encourage you to review the item descriptions carefully. I also try to represent the accuracy of colors to the best of my ability. Colors may appear differently on different screens. If color accuracy is a concern of yours try viewing on multiple devices.  If you have any further questions at all please contact me before you make your final purchase. With that said, you may exchange your print for another or receive store credit if exchanged within the 7 day time frame upon arrival.
