DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS? Yes and No. Please visit my Return Policy page for further information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Original art work usually ships out in 3-5 business days. Prints are made to order and require a longer processing time. I place 3 print orders a week with my local printer. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Any other items (usually seasonal) will ship out in 2-3 business days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States):

Prints: All prints sizes 11x14 or smaller will be mailed in sturdy flat mailers and have have a flat shipping rate of $8. All prints sizes larger than 11x14 are mailed in thick sturdy tubes and have a flat rate of $12.

Originals: It is difficult to estimate the shipping costs of many larger paintings until each is packaged and ready to go. When you check out I have an estimated shipping cost depending on if you are purchasing a small, medium or large painting. If the actual cost of shipping your artwork is +/- the estimated cost you paid at checkout you will either be reimbursed or invoiced the extra amount. If you would like a shipping quote before you make a purchase you can contact me and I can give you a better estimate of cost and invoice the shipping cost to you before your package is sent. You must pay the shipping invoice prior to shipment.

Small Paintings = anything where the longest measurement is 14” or smaller…$25

Medium Painting = anything where the longest measurement is in between 15” and 34”…$65

Large Paintings = anything where the largest measurement is 35“ or larger…$200

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Prints: All prints in flat mailers have a flat shipping fee of $20. All prints mailed in tubes have a flat fee of $30. If the weight exceeds what normally ships out due to ordering multiply items you will be invoiced the additional cost and will need to be paid before your item ships out. All buyers are responsible for any added customs, duties, import taxes, border and handling fees, that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY? I work out of a small studio from my home and am unable to accommodate heavy foot traffic with the type of business license I have. However, if you purchased a large piece of original artwork and you live in the San Luis Obispo area and would like to pick up your order in person please reach out to me before purchase, I can waive the shipping fee and can set up a time for you to pick up your artwork. Or if you would life to order your artwork right away I will reimburse the shipping fee after purchase.

WHAT MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO INSURE SAFE ARRIVAL OF MY ARTWORK?

PRINTS 11x14 and smaller are packaged in a plastic sleeve and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer with extra cardboard added for extra support. Prints larger than 11x14 are rolled in paper and carefully packaged in a thick sturdy tube.

ORIGINALS on canvas or wood are first wrapped in paper and padded extremely well and sent in a well fitting sturdy cardboard box. Originals on paper will be packaged in plastic sleeve and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer with extra cardboard added for extra support.

CAN I DISPLAY MY CANVAS PRINTS WITHOUT GLASS? You sure can. However, I highly suggest you add a varnish for added protection against dust and light. Varnish also adds a hand painted quality to your print. If you are going with this method to display your artwork and would like to add a varnish please add the “Varnish add on” to your cart.

DOES MY ORIGINAL ART COME VARNISHED? All original artwork no matter the medium or canvas type used will come to you already varnished. All artwork is coated with high quality UV archival matt varnish for added protection.

CAN I STRETCH THE PRINT? Absolutely, however if you don’t want 1-2 inches cropped from the print (depending on the depth of the stretcher bars used) you will need to add 1” or 2” white border add-on to your print. Those listing can be found on the Add-ons page found here..

CAN YOU STRETCH THE PRINT FOR ME? At this time I do not offer this service. You will need to contact your local framer and get a quote for the cost.

WHAT WILL THE QUALITY OF MY PRINTS LOOK LIKE? I work with a wonderful local printer for all my art prints. They are all printed using a large format high quality printer. All prints are of fine art giclee quality and printed on artist quality unstretched cotton canvas.

DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL DOWNLOADS? At this time I do not offer digital downloads.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE PRINT?  Yes and No. I try to offer a wide range and the most common sizes for my prints. Print quality is important to me. For originals painted on paper I am able to offer larger prints up to 60” in height with the accompanied length. If you don’t see the size  print you need please don’t hesitate to contact me, I am happy to create a custom size print that will fit your needs.

For prints created from originals on canvas I am unable to print larger than what the original canvas size initially was as this will degrade the quality of the print.  If you would like a custom size print created from an original work on canvas it must be the same size or smaller than the original. If you need further clarification please contact me, I am happy to go over these details with you. I retain the right to reproductions of any kind on all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
